The 2017 Afro Heritage Broadcasting and Entertainment Award(AHBEA) is scheduled to hold on Saturday, 21th Oct 2017 at Ayva Center, 9371 Richmound Avenue, Houston Texas, 77083. USA . The hosts of the prestigious annual award ceremony has been announced and they are on-air-personality Uti Nwanchukwu and Ghanian movie star, Ella Mensah. The pair will be the host for this year show, making it the first time in the history of the prestigious annual award. Popular comedian Seyi Law was the host for the last 2nd edition.

Uti Nwachukwu is a Nigerian actor, TV presenter, model and MC. The popular Jara TV star rose to fame after winning the 2010 Big Brother Africa TV show. Beautiful Ella Mensah is an actress from Ghana with the real name Emmanuella Gifty Mensah, Ella made her debut in a movie titled Crime to Christ where she played the role of a prostitute. Ella have featured in both Nollywood and Ghallywood movies.
